Policies for Plot Booking

1. Interested purchasers are required to apply in the prescribed application form (with photographs) and the earnest/booking money.

2. Plots will be allocated on first come and first served basis.

3. Deed of agreement will be singed with South Surma City Ltd after full payment in case of one time payment and down payment in case of installments.

4. To get the ownership of the plot the installments should be paid in time.

5. Every payment should be made in favor of South Surma City Ltd or Sonargoan Residential Project through cash/ bank draft / pay-order.

6. Non residential buyers can send foreign currency equivalent to the value of the plot by Telephone Transfer (TT) or Bank Draft.

7. Main connection of utilities like water, electricity, gas, T&T etc. will be arranged by the company with the help of the respective agencies.

8. Connection of these utilities from the main line to the purchaser’s own plots shall have to be done by the purchaser on his/her own expenses.

9. After the receipt of the full payment and the termination of the company’s project development, plots will be delivered with due demarcation of the boundaries. Registration process will commence after the transfer.

10. The purchaser shall bear all costs relating to the transfer i.e registration, VAT, documentation charge, stamp duty and all other related expenses.

 

11. A welfare society will be formed by the plot owners for social development activities after plot delivery.

12. All the plot owners will be the member of that society. A welfare fund will be raised to meet up the society relevant expense and the fund will be debited and credited on the basis of society decision.

13. If the applicant decides to surrender the plot after paying the earnest/booking money and plot allocation, then he/she has to submit written application within 15 days of booking. If 15 days passed after booking, then for final cancellation of allocation a charge will be deducted as documentation charge. The rest of the money will be backed within 60 days.

Payment Policy

With the service delivery mode, we have tried to fix the price logically and justifiably, which rationalize the overall expenditure and local land market.

One time payment

For One time payment , booking money of 30,000 taka shall have to be paid with the application form. Rest of the money must be paid within 45 days. For one time payment special discount will be given from the total payment.

For Installment

Booking money of 30,000 taka shall have to be paid with the application form. Rest of the money should be made on different installment basis.
